This nice hotel has been opened on the 1st of August 2003. The hotel is to be found at a place, which is favourable for the tourists, as well as for the businessmen. In the center of the city, from where your destination can easily be reached on foot, in a tram or bus or by metro within minutes. It has 26 airconditioned, noise-proof, big size (17-21 m2) rooms, 21 of which are doublerooms, 2 - four-bedded, 2 - three-bedded, and one is for disabled people. All rooms are equipped with television, telephone, minibar, room-safe and have free and unlimited internet access. Bathrooms have either bathtub or shower, all of them with toilet and bidet.

A little meeting room is also at the guests' disposal. Guests arriving by car can park their cars in the neighbouring closed, and guarded parking-house.
